At Financersaab, we are committed to providing transparent and fair services to all our clients. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel a service request or seek a refund for fees paid, if applicable. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.
2. Nature of Our Services
Financersaab acts as a loan advisory and facilitation intermediary. We assist customers in identifying suitable loan products and connecting them with lending institutions. Our advisory and processing services may involve fees that are clearly communicated to you before any payment is made. Loan approvals, disbursements, and interest rates are determined solely by the respective lending institution and are outside our control.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Before Application Submission
You may cancel your service request at any time before your loan application has been formally submitted to a lending institution. In such cases, no processing fee will be charged. Any fee already paid will be refunded in full within 7 working days.
3.2 After Application Submission
Once your loan application has been submitted to a bank or NBFC on your behalf, the cancellation process becomes subject to the lending institution's own policies. In such cases:
- Any processing fees charged by the lending institution are non-refundable.
- Financersaab's service facilitation fee may be partially refunded at our discretion, depending on the stage of the process.
3.3 After Loan Disbursement
No cancellation or refund is applicable once a loan has been disbursed to your account. Any prepayment or foreclosure of the loan will be governed by the respective lending institution's terms and conditions.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Subscription Cancellation and Refund Schedule
For franchise and subscription-based services, the following refund policy applies based on the timing of cancellation:
Within 7 Days of Subscription
Full refund (100%) will be processed when the service is cancelled within 7 days of subscription commencement.
7 to 30 Days of Subscription
Eighty percent (80%) of the subscription amount will be refunded if the service is cancelled between 7 to 30 days of subscription commencement.
After 30 Days of Subscription
No refund will be issued if the service is cancelled after 30 days of subscription commencement.
4.2 Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered in the following circumstances (subject to the above subscription cancellation schedule):
- Cancellation of the service request before application submission.
- Duplicate payment made by the customer.
- Service not rendered due to an error on our part.
- Loan application rejected due to no fault of the customer (evaluated on a case-by-case basis).
4.3 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Loan rejection due to the customer's credit profile, incomplete documentation, or ineligibility.
- Fees charged directly by the bank or NBFC (e.g., processing fees, legal charges).
- Services already fully rendered by Financersaab.
- Customer-initiated withdrawal after loan approval has been issued.
4.4 Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days from the date of approval. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of transaction.
5. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To initiate a cancellation or refund request, please contact us through any of the following channels:

Our team will review your request and respond within 3 working days with a decision or further clarification.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our decision on a refund or cancellation request, you may escalate the matter by writing to us at help@financersaab.com. We are committed to resolving disputes in a fair and timely manner. Any unresolved disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
7. Changes to This Policy
Financersaab reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
